Please allow me to introduce you to Gerard O'Brien is a master EFT (Emotional, Freedom, Techniques) Practitioner, a mental health advocate, life coach and motivational speaker. Gerard is from Cork City in Ireland and deeply motivated and passionate about changing people’s lives for the better. Gerard began his journey ten years ago when he found himself struggling with my mental health. Since overcoming that time in his life, he has never been happier doing what he does and is extremely grateful to help people daily.
