Maria has always been actively working out at the gym, martial arts, biking, but I fell in love with the sport of Crossfit when I got introduced to it about 10 years ago and became obtain her  Crossfit level 1 certification.

Maria started her business called Feel Sexy Over 40 when she noticed an absence of over 40 ladies looking after their fitness. Her mission is to advocate for healthy ageing, to educate women about the importance of physical fitness to become independent, strong and active joyous people in their 70s and 80s maybe even 90s.
